I’ve got a bit of good news for anyone listening out there in Facebook Land. As of today, I’ve officially accepted an offer to become the entertainment editor at The Oklahoman. In addition to that, I’ll be heading LOOKatOKC.
It’s hard to believe Mr. George Lang will not be working side by side with me, but I can’t thank him enough for his mentoring, wacky phone calls and prolonged eye contact. Wish us both luck on our new adventures. I can’t wait to get started on March 17.
Opportunities like this always seem to sneak up on people. I would have said you were crazy if you told me this would happen two weeks ago. George has done a bevy of quality reporting in the past 10 years and his role with Static is a big reason why I picked up a camera in the first place.
