Director John Wells visited Oklahoma City during an early premiere of his movie “August: Osage County” in November. He talked about shooting in Bartlesville and working with a hugely talented ensemble cast. I snapped a few shots of Wells while The Oklahoman’s George Lang used his interview powers.
Shooting Wells is probably the closest I will get to meeting Meryl Streep and/or Julia Roberts. I’ll cherish the moment. His latest film has received mixed reviews but you can judge it for yourself starting this weekend. I can promise it’s worth a watch.
