It’s never lonely with Graham Colton.
The Okie music mainstay is great at surrounding himself with solid Oklahoma talent. The collaborations on his latest album “The Lonely Ones” have led to some of his most catchy, groovy work to date. To show off Graham’s latest full-band dynamic, he asked me to visit Blackwatch Studios in Norman, OK. We brainstormed and “The Lonely Sessions” were born.
We knocked out the above video and renditions of “Hands Untied” and “Summer To Me.”
I feel like this is the most dynamic and visually appealing music videos I’ve worked on since I started working on live music videos. It probably has a lot to do with the sound engineers at Blackwatch but I think we made Graham’s band sound good, look good and even smell good. It was a joy to direct, shoot and edit this trio of videos.
